The Role:

We are looking for candidates to join our fast growing company located right in Boston’s Government Center. Our ideal candidate is looking to learn and quickly advance their career in an industry ripe for disruption. Candidates must possess a self-driven mentality, a strong ability to engage with others, and an innate curiosity.

  • Conduct high volume prospecting to advance high quality inbound leads that expand the Bento Provider Network.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
  • Learn how a variety of businesses operate, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees’ lives.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of the Bento Provider Network and develop strategic plans to further cultivate network growth.


  • BS or MS Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least one year of successful sales experience in Sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) in software or SaaS company.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
  • Outgoing, process driven, and willing to interact with prospects.
  • A keenly developed competitive nature.
  • The ability to deal with, and thrive on, objections or industry challenges on a daily basis.
  • Previous work experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed your job requirements.
  • Pipedrive CRM experience a plus.
